Le bâtiment flottant ODYSEA LA BARGE est composé d’un restaurant au pont principal ; le rooftop (pont supérieur) accueille un bar à poké et les locaux techniques et d’exploitation sont positionnés au pont inférieur.
L’extérieur du bâtiment est sobre tant par les matériaux utilisés (acier, bois, toile et verre principalement) que par les teintes minérales chaudes proposées, en cohérence avec l’aménagement récent du site.
La forme du bâtiment se démarque autant que possible du rectangle afin de générer des perspectives fuyantes depuis le quai haut, soulignées par l’orientation des passerelles qui par ailleurs dégagent la vue sur le plan d’eau.
La couverture en toile souple apporte un côté léger à l’ensemble de cette architecture flottante.
La grande transparence laisse percevoir la Seine et les quais opposés au travers du bâtiment.

Private contract – Floating restaurant 7 m x 40 m
The ODYSEA LA BARGE floating building consists of a restaurant on the main deck, a rooftop (upper deck) ; the rooftop (upper deck) hosts a poke bar and the technical and operating rooms are positioned on the lower deck. The exterior of the building is sober both in the materials used (mainly steel, wood, canvas and glass) and in the warm mineral shades, consistent with the recent development of the site.
The shape of the building stands out as much as possible from the rectangle in order to generate vanishing perspectives from the upper dock, underlined by the orientation of the catwalks which also provide a view on the Seine.
The flexible canvas cover brings a light side to all of this floating architecture.
The great transparency reveals the Seine and the opposite quays through the building.
